HATHA: THIS ALL LEVELS YOGA CLASS WILL LEAD THE PRACTITIONER THROUGH A WELL ROUNDED PRACTICE OF ASANAS (YOGA POSTURES) EMPHASIS IS ON ALIGNMENT; BASED ON THE TRADITIONAL ART FORM OF YOGA, THIS CLASS COMBINES ELEMENTS OF TIME-TESTED YOGA WITH MODERN DAY KNOWLEDGE OF ANATOMY AND PHYSIOLOGY. THIS IS A SLOWER PACED CLASS WITH STRONG ELEMENTS DESIGNED TO HELP THE PRACTITIONER GROW IN STRENGTH ENDURANCE AND FLEXIBILITY OF SOFT TISSUES.STABILIZES AND MOBILIZES THE 230 MOVABLE JOINTS IN YOUR BODY.

FLOW: IN FLOW THE PRACTITIONER WILL BUILD ON THE ELEMENTS OF HATHA PRACTITIONERS WILL GET MORE SWEATY WITH A QUICKER PACE AND LONGER HOLDS. YOGIS ARE ENCOURAGED TO FIND THEIR EDGE AND EXPERIENCE ADDITIONAL CHALLENGED ASANAS .IN THIS VIGOROUS CLASS PRACTITIONERS WILL BE GUIDED THROUGH TRANSITIONS WHICH SEAMLESSLY SYNCHRONIZE BREATH WITH MOVEMENT.
