Yin can ease a weary soul and set fire to a worn heart.It is a subtle form of yoga which takes you by surprise. It is amaizing what happens when we stop moving for 3 mins let alone five. Unwanted emotions may come up; anger, fear hate, love! yes ..surprising. In yin once you have allowed the stillness to happen, and the emotions to let loose, all that is left is that wonderful empty shell that is you. There is no need to fear this revelation. It is the perfect time to embrace the wonderful you, cry if you must, like the rolling of waves unto an empty shore, let your breath guide you, there is no shame to simply be you.
